Focused Care Retreats
Focused Care Retreats offer a unique opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and engage more deeply in the healing process. Designed as one-, two-, or three-day intensive experiences, these retreats are ideal for individuals looking to address specific patterns or trauma healing, gain momentum, or who are unable to commit to ongoing weekly sessions.
Each retreat is personalized and may include therapeutic activities such as massage, pottery-making, or access to a gym. Sessions often take place outdoors—in nature-rich settings like hiking trails or along the Wisconsin shoreline, season dependent—allowing for a grounding and restorative experience.
To create the space needed for true reflection and growth, clients are required to stay off-site in a nearby hotel or Airbnb. The purpose is to disconnect from regular responsibilities and immerse fully in focused healing with minimal distractions.
Note: For those in ministry roles, complimentary lodging may be available through host retreat partnerships offering no-cost stays to support ministry workers. Reach out to discuss this possibility.
